Job Listings: Opportunity 1: Full Time Toddler Nanny A warm and welcoming family of three (plus their young-at-heart goldendoodle) are looking for a full time nanny for their 2 year old son (born June 2024) starting in September 2026. Their ideal candidate is a calm and confident presence while still keeping up with their rambunctious toddler. Dad is always on the go, working both in and out of the home, Mom is a stay-at-home parent who works hard to keep the house running, but both are serious team players. They're looking for someone with a can-do attitude to help keep everything running smoothly while providing top notch care for their toddler. They appreciate a candidate who can take initiative and operate with some independence once getting to know their son and his routines. The Role: Location: Ridgewood West, Winnipeg Hours: 6am - 2pm, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week guaranteed Term: 1 year contract, hopefully to renew if it’s the right fit Compensation: $25-30/h DOE, legal T4 position, privately employed by the family Benefits: 2 weeks vacation, 1 week paid sick, paid general holidays and compliance with all MB labour laws Start: Beginning of September 2026, no later than the 8th Duties: The foremost priority is care for their son, maintaining his habits and routines, and providing a nurturing environment for him to learn and grow Organizing and maintaining the toddlers schedule of developmentally appropriate activities and outings, such as trips to the park, library, lullaland etc. (a vehicle with car seat will be provided) Child related housekeeping including full responsibility of his laundry, playroom, and cleanliness of objects such as his high chair etc. Simple, toddler friendly meal preparation Light around the house help as time allows (swapping laundry, loading the dishwasher, etc.) Requirements: MUST have extensive experience with toddlers provable with recent relevant references Must have valid CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain Must have a valid driver's license, clean abstract, and own vehicle Must be comfortable with medium to large dogs Nice to Haves: Availability for evening or weekend overtime (paid at 1.5x the hourly rate) as aligns with your schedule Additional education such as CCA or ECE certifications Shared faith (Christian) Comfortable providing some level of sick care If this might be the right fit for you please reach out with a detailed explanation of your experience with toddlers including prior position details (ages, responsibilities, duration of job). Opportunity 2: I am also looking for someone to join my team working specifically with families with newborns. I am ideally looking for someone wanting to gain hands on experience as well as adapt to my methods in order to provide seamless care for the client between caregivers. This would be a learning opportunity that would likely lead into working as a subcontractor for me and my clients. The hours would be variable depending on the client load and could include both daytime and overnight shifts, but could be suited to your schedule. About you:

• Education such as postpartum doula, NCS, or ECE certifications ideal but not required
• Serious knowledge of or interest in infant development in the first year (ish) of life (not just the newborn stage!)
• A self starter with a real can do attitude, someone who’s comfortable stepping in to support every aspect of family life (sibling care, laundry, tidying, errands etc etc)
• Pro sleep training (even when it involves crying if that’s the clients choice)
• Looking for a long term career in childcare and postpartum support
• Have your own CPR/first aid and liability insurance (or are willing to acquire)
• Located in Winnipeg, MB with own transportation and legally able to work in Canada
