Cascadia Metals is actively seeking qualified candidates for the position of Inventory Clerk to work from our Calgary branch. In this permanent, full-time role, we are looking for a driven team member, who shares our champion mindset and values. The successful candidates must have a strong work ethic, passion to be part of the team

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records and update inventory transactions in the system.
• Perform data entry related to inventory movements, receipts, and transfers.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory counts, and report discrepancies to the appropriate team members.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify the appropriate personnel of low stock or inventory issues.
• Prepare and enter receiving reports and other inventory-related documentation.
• Assist with incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation and inventory accuracy.
• Process sales order entries as required.
• Maintain organized inventory files and records.
• Generate inventory and administrative reports as required.
• Provide general administrative support to the operations and inventory teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 1-2 years of administrative, clerical, inventory, or related experience.
• Strong data entry skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and the ability to learn inventory management systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
