Role Overview The Projects Land Representative is a project-focused land professional responsible for leading and coordinating landowner engagement, land acquisition, and land access activities for pipe integrity and other operations and maintenance projects. This role operates as a central land subject matter expert within project teams and is accountable, in collaboration with the Land Analyst team, for ensuring land activities are executed in alignment with company procedures and all applicable regulatory, legislative, contractual, and financial requirements. The position works closely with internal stakeholders (incl. Legal, Projects, Environment and Regulatory, Construction, and Indigenous Relations), as well as external stakeholders such as landowners, industry representatives, and regulatory bodies, to deliver land acquisition/access and public awareness/consent programs, and to resolve escalated land related issues.‑related issues. Important role distinction:This role is most closely aligned with Land Coordinator / Land Project Management positions within industry. It emphasizes planning, coordination, strategy, and risk management over transactional field execution or analytical support functions.
