- Provide strategic legal advice on operational and regulatory matters
- Lead negotiation of complex contracts and agreements
- Assess and communicate legal risks and mitigation strategies
- Strengthen legal governance and compliance frameworks
- Serve as a trusted advisor for multidisciplinary teams
- Juris Doctor or equivalent law degree
- 10+ years of legal experience in regulated industries
- Strong skills in contract law and dispute resolution
- Alberta Law Society membership
- Ability to manage complex legal matters independently
