Lead the QNX Sensor Framework development and empower your team at BlackBerry. This role focuses on embedding software design, team management, and cross-functional collaboration.
As the Technical Lead, you will guide the team in developing the QNX Sensor Framework from architecture to testing. You will manage prioritization, mentorship, and communication of goals to ensure project success. Partnering with various teams, you will define product roadmaps and effectively address technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, implementation, and testing of the Sensor Framework
- Manage and mentor the development team, ensuring transparent communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product direction
- Drive software design decisions adhering to best practices
- Oversee resource utilization and enforce development standards
Requirements
- Extensive software development experience in a leadership role
- Proficiency in C and C++, embedded systems expertise
- Solid debugging and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
