Electro Engineer
Unser Kunde, ein etabliertes Unternehmen im Bereich erneuerbare Energien mit rund 370 Mitarbeitenden baut aktuell eine zentrale Anlagenleitstelle neu auf. Hierfür sucht man ein Teamleiter Leitstelle Elektrotechnik. Dabei übernimmst du nicht nur Verantwortung, sondern gestaltest Strukturen, Prozesse und dein eigenes Team von Grund auf mit. Deine Aufgaben als Electro Engineer
Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung der Anlagenleitstelle im Unternehmen
Führung und Entwicklung deines eigenen Teams mit bis zu 3 Mitarbeitenden
Einführung und Nutzung von Tools zur Anlagenüberwachung wie Meteocontrol
Entwicklung von Prozessen und Standards für die Leitstelle
Steuerung und Überwachung von Energieanlagen im laufenden Betrieb
Planung und Koordination von Einsätzen im Team
Sicherstellung der Qualität und Effizienz in der Betriebsführung
Unterstützung beim Aufbau von Strukturen im wachsenden Servicebereich
Dein Profil
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik
Erste Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden
Verständnis für technische Prozesse und Anlagenbetrieb
Bereitschaft, in der Aufbauphase auch operativ zu unterstützen
Idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit erneuerbaren Energien
