We’re looking for a reliable, hands on Assistant to support our Used Car Manager and keep the pre-owned department running smoothly. From managing inventory to keeping every vehicle and the lot looking its best, you’ll play a key role in making sure our customers get a great first impression every time they visit.

What you’ll do

• Assist the Used Car Sales Manager with used car and wholesale inventory
• Receive, stock in, and log used vehicles into the inventory system
• Capture quality interior and exterior photos of vehicles
• Upload photos and vehicle details to create and update online listings
• Monitor active listings daily to ensure they are live, photos display properly, and pricing and details are accurate
• Inspect vehicles for damage and blemishes
• Keep vehicles and the lot clean and presentable
• Complete all documentation accurately and on time
• Other duties as assigned

What you bring

• Valid Ontario G driver’s licence and a clean driving record
• Automotive industry experience is an asset but not required
• Strong initiative, high energy, and a positive attitude
• Process driven, with excellent organization and prioritization skills
• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends

Compensation:

• Compensation range: $20.00 per hour
• This role is eligible for OT
