Account Executive - SaaS / B2B Services

Our client is a leading provider of workforce compliance, risk management SaaS solutions. They are looking to hire Business Development Manager (Account Executive) . This role is suited for an experienced sales professional with experience selling SaaS or B2B services into enterprise environments.

Description

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities.
  • Focus on selling solutions such as - workforce compliance, risk management SaaS solutions into relevant decision makers.
  • Focus on selling into multiple Oil & Gas, , energy, utilities, transportation, construction, infrastructure etc.
  • You will be responsible for the full sales cycle (from initial outreach to closing the deal)
  • Execute outbound prospecting strategies, account-based selling, and territory planning

Profile

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, compliance, or enterprise software/services.
  • Proven track record of selling to mid-market/ Enterprise clients.
  • Demonstrated success in quota attainment and new business acquisition
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized with strong CRM discipline (Salesforce or similar)

Job Offer

  • Base Salary Range: CAD 90-100k (OTE Range: CAD 130-160K)
  • Job Location: Calgary - hybrid position (3 days in office. 2 days remote)
