What you'll do

It's safe to say, there's no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key responsibilities of the role:

• Responsible for providing software, hardware and communications support for the AS400, peripherals, Data Centre, and the overall Distribution Centre with respect to SCAN applications.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate SCAN database records on a daily basis, while ensuring updates are entered, modified, and deleted as required in a timely fashion.
• Provides assistance and delivers on special projects related to SCAN (e.g. inventory preparation) as required.
• Effectively partners to ensure incoming Associates, (i.e. new hires, temporary and transferred Associates) are entered into the Scan database to facilitate the assignment of work functions.
• Supports all testing and implementation of various WMI system enhancements and roll outs.

What you'll need

To begin your career with us, you'll have:

• Education: OSSD Grade 12 or equivalent
• 2+ years' experience in data entry and or systems administration
• Knowledge of Data Centre and Receiving operations within Distribution Services or logistics
• Ability to be flexible with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to data and accuracy
• Ability to develop effective collaborative working relationships with Distribution Services, Management, Associates and external contacts
• Strong trouble shooting, problem solving and analytical skills
• Effective Communication and Customer service skills; including effectively and efficiently responding to inquiries and identifying stated and unstated customer needs.

Salary Range: $42,330 - $59,160*

• This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
