Senior Digital Planning Analyst

Coordinate digital roadmaps and translate technology priorities into leadership communications as a Senior Digital Planning Analyst in Toronto. Work onsite five days weekly.

At Restaurant Brands International, this senior analyst supports planning across Digital and Restaurant Technology. The work connects Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Deployment through organized intake, prioritization, and project coordination. You will clarify progress, business value, and upcoming changes for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain integrated roadmaps across Digital and Restaurant Technology
Facilitate prioritization discussions and quarterly planning reviews
Evaluate incoming requests for scope, impact, feasibility, and timing
Track dependencies, capacity, milestones, risks, and key decisions
Develop executive-ready presentations, updates, and webcast communications

Requirements:

Three or more years of relevant planning or coordination experience
Cross-functional roadmap, intake, or project delivery experience
Strong presentation development and written communication skills
Proficiency with PowerPoint or comparable presentation tools
Familiarity with software development lifecycle and digital product delivery

Bring roadmap coordination, presentation development, and stakeholder alignment skills to Restaurant Brands International’s Toronto technology planning team.
