Role Description

Are you new to software implementations? No problem! At MBO, we provide full training to help you become an integral part of the team. As an Entry-Level Implementations Specialist, you'll start by supporting our implementation team with building forms in our software. As you grow in your role, you'll assist our clients with software implementation.

Responsibilities

· Design and create forms within the MBO platform.

· Provide regular updates to the implementations lead.

· Manage and process client data for software setup.

· Identify and resolve data inconsistencies with guidance.

· Contribute to brainstorming and planning sessions.

Ideal Candidate Skills & Knowledge

· Strong computer skills and keen to learn new software.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong attention to detail.

Knowledge & Skills Considered a Bonus

· Oil and Gas operations knowledge.

· Experience building Schematic Flow Diagrams.

· Experience working with large amounts of data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
