We are seeking a highly organized, proactive and commercially minded Sales & Marketing Coordinator to take a lead role in coordinating and executing Cellview's sales and marketing activities. The position will serve as the day-to-day lead for commercial initiatives, working closely with company leadership, sales representatives, teams, customers, distributors and internal departments.

This is not a direct sales or quota-carrying position. The successful candidate will instead own the coordination, execution and administration of the activities that support the sales process - including sales operations, CRM management, marketing campaigns, conferences, customer communications, sales materials and key account initiatives.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently manage multiple priorities, identify what needs to be done and drive initiatives through to completion.

Responsibilities
Sales & Commercial Coordination
•Lead the day-to-day coordination of Cellview's sales and commercial initiatives.
•Support sales representatives, management and distribution partners throughout the sales process.
•Track sales opportunities, customer requests, demonstrations, quotations and follow-up activities.
•Coordinate customer proposals, quotations, pricing documentation, presentations and supporting sales materials.
•Maintain approved pricing, promotions, corporate programs and customer-specific commercial arrangements.
•Coordinate product demonstrations, evaluations, pilot programs and related customer activities.
•Support major corporate accounts, buying groups and strategic customer opportunities.
•Coordinate commercial initiatives with regional sales organizations.
•Work with Production and Operations to communicate anticipated orders, customer requirements and demand.
•Ensure commercial action items and customer commitments are followed through to completion.

CRM, Sales Reporting & Analytics
•Own the accuracy and maintenance of CRM records, including leads, opportunities, demonstrations, quotations and sales activity.
•Prepare recurring sales pipeline, activity and performance reports for management.
•Support sales forecasting and commercial planning.
•Track leads generated through conferences, campaigns, referrals and other channels.
•Develop and maintain commercial dashboards and key performance indicators.
•Analyze sales and marketing activity to identify trends, gaps and opportunities.

Marketing & Lead Generation
•Coordinate and execute Cellview's marketing strategy and annual marketing calendar.
•Develop and execute campaigns supporting brand awareness, lead generation, product launches and sales initiatives.
•Coordinate email marketing, digital campaigns and customer communications.
•Manage Cellview's social media presence and content calendar.
•Coordinate updates to the company website and ensure product information remains current.
•Monitor campaign performance, engagement and lead generation.
•Conduct market and competitor research to support commercial strategy.
•Identify opportunities to improve Cellview's visibility within the optometry, ophthalmology and broader eye-care markets.

Sales & Marketing Materials
•Coordinate development and maintenance of product brochures, specification sheets, presentations, sales decks and other customer-facing materials.
•Develop sales enablement materials for Cellview and sales teams.
•Coordinate product photography, videos, graphics and other creative assets.
•Maintain an organized library of current and approved commercial materials.
•Coordinate customer case studies, testimonials and reference materials.
•Support development of competitive positioning and product comparison materials.
•Coordinate translations and localization of materials when required.
•Work with Regulatory Affairs to ensure customer-facing materials and product claims are consistent with approved product documentation.

Conferences & Events
•Lead the planning and coordination of Cellview's participation in conferences, trade shows and industry events.
•Maintain the annual event calendar and coordinate registrations and sponsorships.
•Coordinate booth requirements, signage, marketing materials and demonstration equipment.
•Manage event logistics, including shipment and return of equipment and materials.
•Coordinate pre-event customer outreach and meeting/demo scheduling.
•Manage post-event lead collection, distribution and follow-up.
•Track event costs and evaluate commercial results.

Key Accounts & Customer Support
•Support commercial activities involving major corporate customers, buying groups and strategic partners.
•Coordinate account-specific presentations, materials and commercial programs.
•Assist with customer communications related to demonstrations, installations, upgrades and commercial initiatives.
•Track customer requests and coordinate internally to ensure timely responses.
•Collect and organize customer feedback and identify recurring commercial barriers or opportunities.
•Support customer reference, testimonial and satisfaction initiatives.

Product Launch & Cross-Functional Coordination
•Coordinate commercial readiness for new products, software releases and product enhancements.
•Ensure sales teams and partners receive current product information, training materials and sales resources.
•Coordinate updates to websites, presentations, brochures and other materials following product changes.
•Work closely with Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Production, Finance and Customer Support to coordinate commercial requirements.
•Support management with business reviews, commercial presentations, budgets and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications
Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Communications or a related field.
•3-5 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, marketing, commercial operations, sales enablement or a similar role.
•Experience within medical devices, healthcare technology, ophthalmology, optometry, diagnostics or another B2B technical industry is strongly preferred.
•Experience supporting a B2B sales organization and working with corporate customers or distribution partners is an asset.
•Experience managing CRM systems, sales pipelines and commercial reporting.
•Experience coordinating conferences, trade shows or customer events.
•Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
•Experience with digital marketing, email marketing, social media and website content management is an asset.
