What You Will Do:
• Develop and execute a territory plan to increase penetration, market share (households) and revenue
• Build and maintain positive relationships with MDU (Multi-Dwelling Units) property management and leasing staff to ensure Rogers remains the preferred brand presented to prospective tenants
• Plan and execute marketing events and sales programs (in-person and virtual) within MDU Buildings.
• Evaluate customer needs through a consultative approach to offer Rogers solutions to satisfy all household communication needs
• Build customer loyalty by delivering best in class customer service and effectively escalating customer issues
• Conduct door-to-door (D2D) prospecting within assigned territory to generate leads and acquire new MDU relations and Customers
• Achieve and exceed sales targets across Internet, TV, and Wireless products through consistent pipeline generation and effective closing strategies

• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for business use.
