About the Role
Lighthouse Software Group is looking for an AI Lead to build and lead it from day one. We partner with vertical market software businesses to identify high-impact opportunities where AI can unlock significant customer value. This new venture will focus on building a developer-first, AI-enabled SaaS platform, designed to integrate seamlessly into existing workflows and scale through strong product adoption.

The market opportunity is proven, fragmented, and ready for transformation. As AI Lead, you will shape the product vision, drive go-to-market execution, build the founding team, and establish market leadership - backed by Aspire and Valsoft’s capital, infrastructure, and global operating expertise.
What you'll be doing
- Lead a new B2B SaaS business built around AI and platform innovation in a vertical software market
- Own AI strategy and execution : identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact AI use cases
- Build and ship production-ready AI solutions that drive real customer and revenue outcomes
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Operators to ensure strong adoption and commercialization
- Define and execute a scalable go-to-market strategy , from early adopters to first customers
- Set product and market strategy , with a strong focus on developer experience, scalability, and integration
- Build a milestone-based plan, allocate budget , and support fundraising with Valsoft
- Assemble and lead a high-performing cross-functional team (product, tech, sales, operations)
- Work closely with technical leaders to deliver high-quality APIs, SDKs, documentation, and integrations
- Own and operate the business end-to-end , with full autonomy
What you bring
- A founder mindset: You’re motivated by building from scratch and fully owning the journey
- 3+ years of experience building or operating AI software, API or SDK based platforms with leadership experience (e.g. Product lead, Startup Founder, or Sales/Operations lead)
- Demonstrated success in building early-stage ventures or leading 0→1 product launches, with bachelor in relevant field
- Strong understanding of developer-first products, including documentation, onboarding, reliability, and versioning
- Grit and resourcefulness with proven success of operating without a playbook
- Commercial mindset with exposure to pricing, packaging, GTM execution, and customer adoption
- Excellent communication skills across technical and business domains
- Ability to drive the overall company vision, culture, and performance

Ce que vous ferez
- Diriger une nouvelle entreprise B2B SaaS axée sur l’IA et l’innovation de plateforme dans un marché logiciel vertical
- Être responsable de la stratégie et de l’exécution IA : identifier, prioriser et livrer des cas d’usage IA à fort impact
- Concevoir et déployer des solutions IA prêtes pour la production , générant une valeur concrète pour les clients et les revenus
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Produit, Ventes et Opérations afin d’assurer l’adoption et la commercialisation
- Définir et exécuter une stratégie go-to-market évolutive , des premiers utilisateurs jusqu’aux premiers clients
- Définir la stratégie produit et marché , avec un fort accent sur l’expérience développeur, la scalabilité et l’intégration
- Élaborer un plan basé sur des jalons clés, allouer les budgets et soutenir les efforts de financement avec Valsoft
- Constituer et diriger une équipe performante et pluridisciplinaire (produit, technologie, ventes, opérations)
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les leaders techniques afin de livrer des API, SDK, documentations et intégrations de haute qualité
- Diriger et exploiter l’entreprise de bout en bout , avec une autonomie complète
Votre profil
- Plus de 3 ans d'expérience dans la conception ou l'exploitation de logiciels d'IA, de plateformes API ou SDK, avec une expérience en management (par exemple : chef de produit, fondateur de startup ou responsable commercial/opérations).
- Expérience réussie dans la création d'entreprises en phase de démarrage ou le lancement de produits (de 0 à 1), avec un diplôme de niveau bac+3/4. Expérience pertinente
- Solide compréhension des produits destinés aux développeurs, notamment en matière de documentation, d'intégration, de fiabilité et de gestion des versions
- Esprit entrepreneurial : vous êtes motivé(e) par la création d'un produit à partir de zéro et souhaitez en assumer pleinement la responsabilité
- Persévérance et ingéniosité, avec une expérience réussie de la gestion de projets sans plan préétabli
- Sens commercial et expérience en matière de tarification, de packaging, de stratégie de mise sur le marché et d'adoption par les clients
- Excellentes compétences en communication, tant sur le plan technique que commercial
- Capacité à piloter la vision, la culture et la performance globales de l'entreprise
