CIRO Case Assessment Analyst Position
CIRO / OCRI
Join CIRO as a Case Assessment Analyst on a 12-month hybrid contract. Your expertise will play a vital role in regulatory compliance and the investor protection framework. In this pivotal role, you'll support the Enforcement department by reviewing Dealer Member submissions daily. You'll leverage established guidelines to identify and escalate regulatory matters efficiently. Collaboration with internal teams and meticulous reporting will be at the forefront of your contributions to CIRO’s mission. Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate dealer submissions in the ComSet system daily
- Identify and escalate matters with regulatory implications
- Generate reports for review and address team queries
- Assist members with inquiries and submission challenges
- Monitor filings and keep communication lines open
- In-depth knowledge of Canadian securities regulations
- Proven communication and analytical skills
- Experience in the financial industry necessary
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Word
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving aptitude
