Head of Product for AI Fintech (Granby)

Join Auxo as the Head of Product for our AI-native fintech platform in Toronto or Montreal. Lead product portfolio decisions and shape commercial strategies in this full-time leadership position.
The Head of Product role at Auxo allows you to spearhead product strategy and customer discovery efforts. You will mentor Product Managers, influence product narratives, and define investment priorities across a growing suite of AI solutions. Collaborating with founders and engineering teams, you will work to expand the product portfolio and drive impactful business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the comprehensive product strategy and portfolio roadmap
- Lead prioritization of product investment opportunities
- Conduct market validation and customer discovery
- Create engaging product positioning and stories
- Mentor and develop Product Managers to enhance their skills
Requirements
- Over 7 years of experience in Product Management
- Minimum 2 years mentoring experience
- Proven track record in product strategy and SaaS
- Deep understanding of customer engagement strategies
- AI fluency and experience with relevant technologies
