XtalPi is looking for a PhD-level Chemistry Synthesis Scientist to work in Shanghai, merging automation with synthetic chemistry. Transform the future of intelligent chemical research and drive innovative projects that define modern chemical synthesis. Join XtalPi's Future Chemistry Division, where you'll leverage your expertise in Chemistry to design synthesis plans and automate processes. This role requires collaboration with Computational Chemistry and AI teams to enhance experimental plans and improve synthesis platforms. Expect to engage in project management and client communication while adhering to best practices in environmental safety. Key Responsibilities:
• Design synthesis plans tailored to project specifications
• Automate synthetic processes and ensure data integrity
• Upgrade automated synthesis platforms for efficiency
• Prepare and maintain SOPs and reports for projects
• Manage daily operations of chemical synthesis platforms Requirements:
• Ph.D. in Chemistry or related fields
• Proven problem-solving and project management skills
• Fluent in both Chinese and English
• Strong interest in automation technologies
