BDO Senior Manager, Financial Due Diligence

Take the next step in your career as a Senior Manager at BDO in Montreal, specializing in financial due diligence and advisory services for exceptional client outcomes. This role will have you leading critical financial due diligence engagements, analyzing key performance indicators, and preparing insightful reports that shape investment and divestiture decisions. As a team leader, you will also actively mentor staff to cultivate a positive learning environment and identify opportunities to enhance client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee due diligence engagements for investment decisions
- Create detailed presentations on financial findings for clients
- Implement recommendations for post-acquisition cash flow enhancements
- Lead project teams to ensure successful outcomes
- Network to discover new business opportunities
- Current CPA designation; CBV or CFA a plus
- Minimum of 5 years in mergers and acquisitions or corporate finance
- Familiar with international markets and financial tools
- Ability to manage and motivate multi-dimensional teams
- Eager to develop client-focused relationships for future work
