Corporate Paralegal

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance of corporate records, annual maintenance, and minute books.
• Draft resolutions, incorporate and dissolve companies, and complete extra-provincial filings.
• Assist with corporate transactions such as incorporations, registrations, continuations, dissolutions, and reorganizations.
• Coordinate with lawyers, clients, and external advisors to gather and verify information.
• Track and manage filing deadlines and document submissions.
• Ensure records are accurate, organized, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Minimum requirements: 3+ years of corporate paralegal experience in a law firm environment.
• Completion of an accredited Paralegal program or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong understanding of corporate procedures, annual maintenance, and records management.
• Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail.
• Reliable, responsible, and proactive with a team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in estate planning and administration (if applicable).

Compensation: The expected salary range for this role is $80,000-110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
