Director of Growth - Digital Moment

RTX Corporation

Lead transformative growth initiatives at Digital Moment as the Director of Growth and External Relations. This remote position drives fundraising, partnerships, and strategic outreach for our mission. As the Director, you will report directly to the CEO and guide a robust revenue strategy. Your focus will be on building sustainable relationships with government funders, corporate sponsors, and philanthropic partners. You will enhance Digital Moment's visibility, ensuring our initiatives align with organizational goals and contribute to lasting impact. Key Responsibilities:

Develop a diversified funding strategy for program sustainability
Oversee revenue streams across philanthropy and partnerships
Build and monitor annual funding targets
Develop strong government and community relationships
Ensure effective stewardship and communication with funders

Requirements:

Significant experience in fundraising and partnerships
Proven success in securing government and corporate funding
Strong communication skills in proposal development
Experience collaborating with finance and program teams
Commitment to Digital Moment's mission and values
