Your role and responsibilities

• Operational Process Improvement: Define, develop, and implement operational processes along the entire value chain to improve customer satisfaction and increase profitability in a safe working environment. • Collaboration with Operations Leaders: Work with manufacturing production cells and business operations leaders to set coherent and aligned priorities and targets for process enhancement. Monitor progress and take corrective actions as needed. • Continuous Improvement Promotion: Promote continuous improvement in business practices and performance in Operations areas, encouraging benchmarking and sharing of best practices across all units. • Strategy Support and Local Deployment: Understand various strategies and provide input to local Operations units. Support the local deployment of strategies to accelerate operational improvement and achieve cost savings. • Feasibility Studies and Recommendations: Conduct feasibility studies to explore alternative options for operational efficiency. Provide recommendations to the Steering Committee on the most feasible options aligned with business objectives. • Transformation Project Execution: Execute the implementation of transformation projects as required. Oversee and harmonize business programs to support improvement initiatives and enhance internal capabilities. • Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather and interpret relevant data (cost, quality, demand patterns) and provide analytical support. Develop and communicate periodic trend and performance reports. • Process Improvement Teams: Lead or support process improvement teams to drive operational enhancements. • MRP Support: Provide Material Requirements Planning (MRP) support to operations, including training documents and coaching.

Qualifications for the role

• Experience in Operational Improvement: Proven experience in defining, developing, and implementing operational processes across the value chain to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Leadership and Collaboration: Strong leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively with manufacturing production cells and business operations leaders.
• Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to conduct feasibility studies and provide strategic recommendations aligned with business objectives.
• Continuous Improvement Mindset: Demonstrated commitment to promoting continuous improvement and sharing best practices across all operational units.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to develop and convey periodic trend and performance reports effectively.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and experience in providing training and coaching in operational settings.
• Data Analysis Skills: Ability to gather, interpret, and provide analytical support based on relevant operational data.
• Project Management: Experience in leading or supporting process improvement teams and executing transformation projects.
