- Utilize data and AI tools to refine sourcing efforts
- 5+ years of recruiting in a global organization
- 3+ years in hands-on SaaS recruitment
- Experience with data-driven hiring tools
- Knowledge of US/Canada hiring laws
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems
