Senior Agile Coach Role - Canada Remote

Transform Agile practices within a collaborative remote environment as a Senior Agile Coach based from Regina, Saskatchewan. This role emphasizes hands-on coaching to elevate team performance and strengthen Agile principles organization-wide. Our client seeks a Senior Agile Coach for a 12-month contract to partner with high-performing Agile teams. You will work with Scrum Masters and leadership to enhance team maturity and drive effective collaboration. This position is perfect for skilled coaches passionate about helping Agile teams thrive. Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor Scrum Masters and Agile teams
- Facilitate workshops and Agile ceremonies to drive results
- Identify and address systemic obstacles for Agile adoption
- Create and manage Agile maturity plans and success metrics
- Conduct training to bolster Agile skills across departments
- 8–10 years in Agile coaching, preferably at the enterprise level
- Expertise with Scrum and Kanban methodologies
- Proven ability to coach established Agile teams
- Strong facilitation and communication abilities
- Proficient in using Agile metrics to enhance delivery
