Expected Start Date: September 07, 2026 Union: SUN Facility: Pasqua Hospital City/Town: Regina Department: General Medical Imaging Nursing Type: Part-time regular FTE: 0.71 Shift Information: Days, Evenings, Weekends, Stats Number of Hours per Rotation: 80 hours per 3 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of work: Standard Hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse A $38.580 to $50.070 Travel Required: No Job : The Registered Nurse will function in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment. Responsibilities include education and preparation of clients (Pediatric and Adult) undergoing a variety of Medical Imaging procedures. The RN will assist the Radiologist/Specialist during procedures and perform direct nursing assessment and care as appropriate to ensure the safety of clients undergoing procedures. The RN will prepare for and respond to fluctuating workloads, unexpected critical situations, and the requirement to work in all modalities of Medical Imaging. The RN will collaborate with all members of the multi-disciplinary team to continually evaluate the client's care and condition while in the Medical Imaging Departments. Human Resources Exemption: No Multi-Site:- Yes
Experience
- Requires extensive knowledge & experience within all Medical Imaging modalities
- One (1) of which must be experience in the Adult Endoscopy clinical area
- Experience in critical care is an asset
- Min 1 yr recent clinical experience in Critical Care, MI, OR, or IR
- Previous experience must include at least 1 year in Emergency nursing
Education
- Graduate from an approved School of Nursing
Other Education and Training
- Certification in Critical Care, OR, or equivalent in Interventional Rad an asset
- Completion of Vascular Access certification within 2 years of commencement
