Job : Reporting to the Manager, the Clinical Resource Nurse (CRN) is responsible for promoting the Mission, Vision and Values of the Saskatchewan Health Authority through the provision of safe quality nursing care to clients. The Clinical Resource Nurse educates, mentors and supports unit staff, promotes patient safety, occupational health and safety and quality improvement on the unit. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience
- Requires a minimum of five (5) years recent nursing experience related to the clinical program area.
- Previous leadership experience is required. Education
- Graduate from an approved School of Nursing.
- Requires, or in progress towards, a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing from a recognized university. Other Education and Training
- Current registration with College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).
- Requires current BCLS certification.
- Other specialty certifications related to the clinical program area as required. Competencies

- Demonstrates expertise in medical nursing, technical skills and psychosocial aspects of care
