Senior Risk Learning Designer

Design practical risk learning solutions at BMO using instructional design and stakeholder management expertise in a hybrid, three-day office model. Translate complex risk concepts into accessible experiences that support everyday decisions.As a Senior Learning Experience Designer, you will support ERPM and enterprise risk capability through eLearning, workshops, simulations, and performance support. You will partner with subject matter experts, senior leaders, and learning teams to assess needs, define objectives, and measure effectiveness. The work strengthens foundational knowledge, role-specific application, and leadership behaviours.Key Responsibilities:
Translate complex risk frameworks into learner-friendly contentDesign scenario-based learning across multiple formatsAssess capability gaps and define learning outcomesWrite, storyboard, and edit learning interventionsMeasure effectiveness and recommend program enhancementsRequirements:
Five to seven years of relevant experience typicallyPost-secondary degree or equivalent education and experienceRequired Adult Learning accreditationIn-depth instructional methodologies and adult learning theoryIn-depth accessibility, design thinking, and analytical skillsShape BMO’s risk capability through accessible learning design, stakeholder partnership, and measurable performance support solutions.
