Lead independent challenges of machine learning models at affirm, with remote-first flexibility and focus on credit and fraud risk.This Model Risk Management Lead role supports an effective framework across affirm. You will validate and monitor models, identify weaknesses, and help mitigate risks from ineffective design or misuse. Four to six years in related technical areasKnowledge of credit underwriting, credit risk, or fraud detectionProficiency with Python and large-scale SQL datasetsExperience with scikit-learn, pyspark, and cloud environmentsQuantitative degree and strong critical thinking skillsApply machine learning validation, Python, and credit risk expertise to strengthen affirm's model risk oversight remotely.
