The expected salary for this role is $50,000.00 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

About the opportunity…
As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible for performing a variety of activities in support of checking in service vehicles. Specifically:
- Greet and welcome customers upon arrival to dealership; direct customers to parking and dealership facility, and/or offer valet parking
- Tag and Spot check vehicles upon arrival to the dealership; walk-around inspection for damage, tire condition, windshield wipers, et cetera
- Extract workshop codes from service data in instrument cluster.
- Ensure that service drive-thru remains uncongested and vehicles are flowing through orderly and timely
- Participate in the retrieval and delivery of customer vehicles, as required
- Perform vehicle inspections to ensure sufficient levels of fuel; refuel vehicles prior to customer delivery
- Perform daily inspection of Service lot for unlocked vehicles and lot security
About you…
Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience with customer service, including:
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in a service drive-thru
- Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
- ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Driver's License and clean Drivers Abstract
- ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
