Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the dental office, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulations.
• Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
• Oversee budgeting and financial management, including monitoring expenses and revenue.
• Coordinate patient scheduling, ensuring optimal use of resources and minimizing wait times.
• Handle human resources functions, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations of staff members.
• Collaborate with dental professionals to improve patient care and operational processes.
• Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance overall satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a dental office management role is must
• Strong understanding of budgeting principles and financial management
• Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
• Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry is essential.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on patient interaction.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks.

Pay: $35.00-$42.00 per hour
