Join our client, a newly established, modern dental clinic, as a Dental Receptionist. We are looking for a experienced, highly organized candidate with strong communication skills in English to keep their front desk running seamlessly.
Duties:
Appointment scheduling, recalls and cancellation management, billing, invoicing and payment processing, insurance verification, claims submission and pre-determinations, patient account management and financial coordination, end-of-day cash reconciliation, charting, document scanning, opening and closing clinic protocols, mail, email, general correspondence, and other duties as assigned.
Key qualifications :
- English proficiency is a must
- Previous Dental Receptionist experience is a must
Salary range : $28-35 depending on experience
