Continuous Improvement Leader at FGF Brands
FGF Brands Inc.
Lead transformative continuous improvement initiatives with FGF Brands in a high-growth food manufacturing setting. Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance productivity and mitigate costs. As a Continuous Improvement Leader, you will steer crucial projects, mentor a team of engineers, and implement strategies that standardize best practices in our dynamic environment. Your expertise in Lean methodologies and project management will drive efficiencies and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Continuous Improvement methodologies across operations
- Mentor Continuous Improvement Engineers and guide their projects
- Serve as a technical expert to enhance manufacturing processes
- Facilitate quality clinics and problem-solving workshops
- Collaborate with all departments to identify improvement opportunities
- 3-5 years in manufacturing, preferably in food
- 2+ years of leadership experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Management
- Strong knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing
- Six Sigma certification, ideally Black Belt necessary
