Full or Part Time Receptionist

15 to 30 hours per week, with flexible scheduling, to provide shared coverage alongside another receptionist.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an adaptable and innovative receptionist to join our team. This role involves supporting daily operations, improving scheduling and client management processes, and delivering top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, managing calls, emails, and messages with warmth and professionalism.
• Assist clients with scheduling, rescheduling, and other inquiries.
• Take initiative to streamline and improve reception processes to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with another part-time receptionist to ensure consistent coverage and support.
• Handle invoicing and billing processing.
• Communicate with referring providers as needed to coordinate client care.
• Assist a multidisciplinary team of professionals with the shared goal of supporting client health and wellness.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role, ideally in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a remote team.
• Strong customer service skills, with a client-first approach.
• Computer literacy is required.
• Familiarity with PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act) compliance.
• Confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Knowledge of Jane App is preferred.
