What You will be doing:
- Leading, coaching, developing, and retaining a high-performing sales team with a strong focus on sales performance and customer experience.
- Manage all aspects of store operations, by providing best-in class service and solution‑based customer experiences to our customers while promoting Rogers & Fido brands including Rogers Mastercard.
- Delivering on business plans to achieve regional and store‑level targets
- Representing Rogers and Fido brands in-store and at local community events.
Your Qualifications:
- Experience building strong connections with your team through clear, effective communication that drives positive outcomes and supports team and business goals.
- Management experience overseeing retail staff, operations, and performance to drive and deliver strong consistent sales results.
- Leading a culture of continuous improvement through innovation and collaboration which strengthen team performance and contribute to overall store growth, results and performance
- You can provide 40 hours availability weekly, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays to meet customer demand and maintain strong performance results during peak times.
