As a Senior Mine Engineer, you will lead long-term strategic mine planning and optimization efforts, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. Your role will involve close collaboration with stakeholders and participation in cutting-edge projects like SABRE, while mentoring a cohesive planning team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize LOM plans for mining
• Direct strategic mine planning studies
• Conduct technical and economic evaluations
• Support project expansions and reserve development
• Monitor joint ventures and report on progress
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mining preferred
• 15+ years of relevant industry experience
• Extensive underground mining experience
• Familiarity with NI-43-101 mining standards
• Strong communication and analytical abilities
