Résumé

Le coordonnateur des stocks III assure et maintient l'exactitude des stocks, tant sur le plan physique que systématique.

Fonctions essentielles

  • Préparer et mettre en œuvre des mesures de contrôle pour s'assurer que les erreurs, les inexactitudes et les écarts sont signalés, traités, résolus et rapprochés
  • Lancer et contrôler les emplacements physiques des stocks, y compris la planification, la programmation et le contrôle des processus de déplacement
  • Préparer, planifier, mener et superviser les activités régulières de comptage des stocks et les audits aléatoires
  • Veiller à ce que toutes les transactions liées aux stocks soient enregistrées et rapportées conformément aux directives de processus et aux délais impartis
  • Assurer la liaison avec le personnel de l'entrepôt, les groupes de soutien, les clients et les consommateurs afin de communiquer efficacement tous les problèmes, exigences et délais liés aux stocks. Fournir des informations de gestion courantes sur la performance des stocks
  • S'assurer que les matériaux sont prêts et disponibles pour la production lorsque cela est nécessaire
  • Créer des rapports quotidiens pour s'assurer que les domaines critiques clés du système de gestion des stocks sont contrôlés, et que tout écart est traité et résolu
  • S'assurer que tout retard ou blocage concernant les matériaux de production fait l'objet d'un suivi jusqu'à leur réception
  • Garantir l'intégrité et l'exactitude du système de gestion des stocks
  • Préparer des rapports hebdomadaires, mensuels, trimestriels et annuels sur tous les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) des stocks et les rapports requis pour l'entrepôt
  • Être responsable de la formation, du développement et de l'accompagnement de l'équipe des opérations sur les processus liés aux stocks
  • Participer et diriger tout projet spécial lié aux stocks qui lui est confié

Qualifications

  • Baccalauréat requise dans un domaine connexe
  • Trois (3) ans ou plus d'expérience dans tous les aspects de l'entreposage, de la logistique du fret et du contrôle des stocks requis
  • Un (1) an ou plus d'expérience dans un environnement d'entrepôt au rythme soutenu, à effectuer des tâches d'entrepôt et des opérations de comptage cyclique de production requis

Summary

The Inventory Coordinator III ensures and maintains inventory accuracy, both physically and systematically.

Essential Functions

  • Prepare and perform control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed, resolved and reconciled
  • Initiate and control physical inventory locations including planning, scheduling and controlling move process
  • Prepare, schedule, conduct and oversee regular inventory count activities and random audits
  • Responsible for ensuring that all inventory related transactions are posted and reported according to process guidelines and time allotted
  • Liaise with warehouse personnel, support groups, customers and clients to communicate effectively all inventory issues, requirements and deadlines. Provide routine management information on inventory performance
  • Ensure materials are ready and available for production when required
  • Create daily reports to ensure key critical areas of the stock system are controlled, any discrepancies addressed and resolved
  • Ensure that any late or holding up production materials are chased and followed up until received
  • Ensure integrity and accuracy of the stock management system
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting of all inventory KPIs and required reports for the warehouse
  • Responsible for training, development and coaching of the Operations Team on inventory related process
  • Participate and lead any special inventory projects as assigned

  • Proficient in French written and verbal communication skills
  • Develop, organize and complete tasks and projects using software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required Any related field
  • Three (3) years or more in all aspects of warehousing, freight logistics and inventory control required
  • One (1) year or more in a fast-paced warehouse environment performing warehouse duties and production cycle count transactions required

Compensation Information

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
