As the Manager of Hard Discount Merchandising Analytics , you will be joining the Hard Discount organization and help us derive data driven insights within the merchandising & operations team. This role offers the opportunity to build, design and deploy meaningful solutions to deliver meaningful value to our customers. You’ll take a leadership role within our team, providing technical ownership and guidance to Merchandising teams on major work streams.

Scope

Reporting to the Senior Director of Hard Discount Merchandising Analytics , The Manager will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of merchandising analytics solutions, including promotional and shelf strategy optimization across Merchandising Categories. This role will leverage data-driven insights and analytical solutions to inform decision-making, identify growth opportunities, and drive measurable business outcomes with the opportunity to build & present insights to senior leadership.

What you’ll do

• Partner closely with Merchandising, Strategy, Finance, Technology and Operations teams to translate business questions into scalable analytical frameworks and recommendations.
• Help build/design robust, scalable solutions to implement promo & operational optimization in the daily lives of merchants.
• Evaluate promotional campaigns and merchandising programs through advanced analytics, measuring effectiveness and identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Be a key collaborator in support of merchandising to drive timely business decisions while partnering in execution to achieve business objectives.
• Identify trends, risks, and emerging opportunities within category performance and competitive market dynamics to support proactive business actions.
• Present analytical findings, business recommendations, and performance updates to senior leadership, influencing strategic decision-making through clear and compelling storytelling.
