The Role As a Corporate Strategy Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, including data analysis, fundraising activities, and supporting special projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, support strategic transactions, and contribute to the overall success of our organization. This role will report to the Manager, Corporate Strategy.

Who you are

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in preparing and presenting information to management
• Advanced skills in Excel and Powerpoint
• Proficiency in building financial models and data analysis
• Passion for innovation and helping develop the next big ideas
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational skill and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Understanding of the warehouse automation industry is a plus

What we need

• Financial Analysis
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to evaluate potential investment opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Develop financial models, forecasts, and valuation analyses to support decision-making processes
• Provide insights into key performance indicators and financial metrics to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement
• Fundraising
• Support dilutive and non-dilutive fundraising efforts, including equity financing, debt financing, and strategic partnerships
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare investor materials, presentations, and financial documentation
• Support ongoing relationships with investors, financial institutions, and governmental strategic partners to support fundraising activities
• Strategic Planning
• Assist in the development and implementation of corporate strategies to drive growth and enhance shareholder value
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and potential risks
• Support the evaluation of strategic alternatives and the execution of strategic transactions, such as mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures
• Special Projects
• Support special projects as assigned by senior management, including corporate development initiatives, operational improvements, and strategic initiatives
• Work cross-functionally with various teams to analyze complex business problems, develop actionable recommendations, and drive implementation efforts
