Join Revlon's Canada Leadership Team, where you will be responsible for aligning the sales strategy with market needs and opportunities. Your role focuses on enhancing account management, developing talent, and building strong relationships with major Canadian retailers. You will ensure performance metrics are set and achieved, driving sustainable growth in both Mass and Prestige channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy
• Lead customer negotiations and drive multi-year plans
• Manage forecasting and business performance KPIs
• Coach and develop a talented sales team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment
Requirements:
• Degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred
• 12-15+ years in sales leadership roles
• Deep knowledge of CPG and key customer relationships
• Strong analytical and financial skills
• Experience with MS Office and performance reporting tools
