Vice President Engineering Ai Transformation

Define AI-native engineering practices at CXT Software while leading distributed teams through measurable change, experiments, and reliable SaaS delivery.This Vice President of Software Engineering reports to the CTO and leads engineering and SaaS operations across multiple products. You will coach Directors, architects, and senior engineers while verifying AI adoption through behavior and results. CXT Software supports courier, route delivery, and healthcare logistics operations.Key Responsibilities:
Set hiring standards and develop engineering leadersCoach teams through AI-assisted development and operational changeMeasure experiments using baselines and success criteriaPlan roadmaps with Product and raise trade-offs earlyDrive customer escalations to root cause with Customer SuccessRequirements:
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experienceLed engineering organizations through managers across multiple productsLed AI assistant adoption across multiple teams with measured resultsHands-on flow-based delivery at scale, including CI/CDProfessional English and North American business-hours overlapApply engineering leadership, evidence-based experimentation, and AI transformation experience to CXT Software's distributed SaaS teams.
