Associate Vice President Cxo Transformation

Lead CXO strategy and transformation at Sun Life in a hybrid work model, connecting analytics, governance, investment priorities, and client outcomes.As Associate Vice President, you will steward an integrated Client Experience Office vision and Client platform strategy across Sun Life Canada. You will integrate strategy, transformation, performance reporting, and analytics into executive decision-making. The mandate includes strengthening insights discipline, change capability, financial acumen, and pragmatic execution across complex domains.Key Responsibilities:
Shape the CXO strategy and transformation agenda across business prioritiesBuild governance, prioritization, metrics, and management routinesConnect client, financial, operational, and risk informationModernize performance management and executive reportingAdvance CXO artificial intelligence investment and capability strategyRequirements:
10+ years in strategy, transformation, or related leadership rolesEnterprise transformation, strategic planning, or portfolio management experienceSenior executive and Board-level governance materials experienceStrong financial, analytical, and executive communication capabilitiesExperience leading teams across complex matrixed organizationsBring strategic integration, transformation leadership, financial insight, and executive communication to Sun Life’s CXO mandate.
