Regional Insurance Operations Vice President

Lead regional insurance operations at Sedgwick, directing field performance, business growth, and quality across a designated territory with minimal supervision.As Regional Vice President, you manage operations under the COO while advancing growth and business objectives. The work includes profit, WIP turnover, quality, AR, staffing, budgets, and regional development. You also mentor Managers and Team Leads while supporting company standards.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee regional field operations and key performance measuresDevelop new business and grow the assigned regionManage regional budgets, expenses, and approvalsMentor, train, and develop Managers and Team LeadsSupervise staffing evaluations and facilitate regional meetingsRequirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceAt least ten years of insurance industry experienceAt least five years of management experienceStrong technical knowledge across insurance lines and Lloyd's MarketStrong communication, analytical, organizational, and computer skillsBring insurance leadership, regional growth, operational oversight, and team development expertise to Sedgwick's designated territory.
