Hi! We're looking for a warm, reliable nanny to spend weekday time with our daughter Halle — "Hal Pal" to the people who know her best. Halle is 2.5 and full of energy. She loves running, building things, coloring and drawing, and she will talk your ear off and laugh the whole time. She's out of diapers. We're a healthy, active family and we parent with a lot of nurturing and a lot of outside time, so we'd love someone happy to get out for walks and park trips, not just indoor play. Both of us work from home, so you won't be on your own — we're around if you need us, though we do stay heads-down during work hours.

THE ROLE

• 12–16 hours a week, mostly weekdays, flexible on which days
• Live-out, starting as soon as we find the right person
• $20/hour to start, negotiable based on experience
• Primary care for Halle: meals, naps, and lots of play
• Light tidying while she rests — dishes, the odd load of laundry, prepping her meals
• Our dog Jude joins the crew: a quick walk and feeding. She's an Australian shepherd/Bernese mountain dog mix and a total lover.
