Job Overview:

We are seeking an Entry level Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have basic mechanical knowledge and experience in maintenance and repair work. If you are passionate about powersports and enjoy working with power tools, this position is for you.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize power tools to assemble, install, or repair machinery and equipment- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment- Inspect mechanical systems and identify issues- Read and interpret technical drawings and manuals- Assist senior technicians troubleshoot mechanical problems and implement solutions- Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed efficiently- Document maintenance activities meticulously

Requirements:

• Basic mechanical knowledge
• Familiarity with automotive repair processes
• Proficiency in using power tools effectively
• Previous experience in a dealership setting is a plus
• Capable of heavy lifting as needed

Qualifications:

• Enthusiasm for learning and pursuing a career in powersports
• Has own tools
• Basic reading and writing skills.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Ability to communicate orally effectively.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
