Office Assistant - $17/hr | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Lincoln, CA
About the Role
In this position, you'll be the first point of contact for callers, customers, and delivery drivers. The ideal candidate is friendly, patient, able to multitask, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to distributors and end users
Enter orders and release them for shipping
Handle delivery coordination and front office support tasks
Manage customer service inquiries and follow through on requests
Perform basic computer tasks (full training provided on internal software)
Work independently once trained - we're here to support, not babysit What We're Looking For Clear, professional phone communication

Basic typing and computer skills
Reliable, self‑directed, and eager to learn
Comfortable working in a casual, fun office atmosphere
