Job Responsibility:
Overview We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle transactions, assist with product inquiries, and ensure a positive shopping experience. If you have a passion for helping others and possess strong communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Handle cash and credit card payments while maintaining accuracy in cash handling.
- Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
- Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options.
- Maintain an organized and clean checkout area to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone and in-person with excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks.
- Experience in sales or retail is preferred but not required.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to assist a diverse customer base.
- Excellent organizational skills to keep track of inventory and transactions.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems is beneficial for processing transactions effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
