Rate: $45-55/hr.

Our Sports and Entertainment client, is looking for an Art Director who will contribute to the growth and creative output of the in house agency for a major sports and entertainment brand. This role requires a strong conceptual thinker who can collaborate closely with a Copywriter partner and broader creative leadership to deliver high impact, insight driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate original, insight driven ideas and concepts for large scale, high visibility campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Work collaboratively with a Copywriter partner to develop integrated campaigns from the initial brief through to final client presentation.
• Partner with strategy, account teams, designers, producers, and other creative contributors to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
• Present creative concepts clearly and persuasively to internal stakeholders and client teams.
• Receive guidance and mentorship from senior creative and business leaders while contributing original thinking and elevating the overall creative output.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the brand identity and ensure all creative work aligns with brand standards and strategic objectives.

Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a creative role within an agency or in house environment.
• Demonstrated experience developing integrated campaigns from initial brief through to final delivery.
• Experience contributing to campaigns for large scale, widely recognized brands.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, content formats, and the role they play within broader campaign ecosystems.
• Ability to partner effectively with Copywriters, designers, strategists, and cross functional teams.
• Experience working within the sports category or a strong personal passion for sport, which is considered a significant asset.
