Senior Credit Risk Management Advisor

Join CNB as a Senior Credit Risk Review Officer, where your expertise will guide independent evaluations of credit risk management processes. Contribute significantly to the bank’s lending strategies. In this senior advisory role, you will assess and reinforce the effectiveness of credit practices within the bank, advising lending units on policy compliance and credit administration improvements. Your leadership will ensure the bank's adherence to regulatory frameworks and quality standards in credit evaluation. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead examinations of CNB's credit portfolios
- Execute reviews on loan quality and risk ratings
- Propose enhancements to credit risk management
- Ensure proper interpretation of credit policies
- Prepare insightful reports for upper management
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent mandatory
- A minimum of 10 years in credit examination is essential
- At least 5 years in MS Office proficiency
- Leadership in credit review teams is highly valued
- Expertise in retail loan products and corporate credit
