Lead mergers and acquisitions at eStruxture Data Centers, applying valuation and transaction expertise within an office-based Monday-to-Friday schedule.The Director of Corporate Development reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and leads the corporate development team. This strategic leader evaluates, structures, and executes acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments. The work includes due diligence, financial modeling, negotiations, integration, and executive and Board reporting.Key Responsibilities:
Source and evaluate acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnershipsManage commercial, financial, and operational due diligencePerform DCF, IRR, valuation, and sensitivity analysisSupport term sheet and purchase agreement negotiationsAssist integration and synergy realization for acquired assetsRequirements:
Eight to ten years in corporate development, M&A, private equity, or bankingDemonstrated traditional M&A leadership from sourcing through closeBachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or related fieldMBA, CFA, or CPA highly preferredComplex due diligence and transaction execution experienceBring M&A leadership, financial modeling, valuation, and negotiation expertise to eStruxture’s corporate growth initiatives.
