Your work will span transaction execution, valuation, due diligence, and strategic planning. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across functions and time zones.Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate mergers, acquisitions, sales, investments, and partnershipsManage multifunctional due diligence across transaction lifecyclesPrepare approval materials for senior leadersBuild financial models for valuation and transaction analysisResearch industries, markets, competitors, and comparable transactionsRequirements:
Three to five years of relevant transaction experienceBachelor’s degree in finance, economics, commerce, or related fieldProficiency building merger and discounted cash flow modelsUnderstanding of capital budgeting, financial statements, and valuationAdvanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiencyApply corporate development, transaction analysis, financial modeling, and communication skills to Sun Life’s global growth initiatives.
