Health Receptionist

The Health Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for community members, visitors, employees, leadership, government representatives, and external partners accessing services through The Key First Nation Health Office. This position is responsible for providing professional reception, administrative, and customer service support while creating a welcoming, respectful, and culturally safe environment.  

The Health Receptionist manages incoming calls, greets visitors, provides information and referrals, coordinates appointments, maintains records, and supports the daily administrative operations of the Nation. The position plays a vital role in ensuring effective communication, organization, and service delivery throughout the administration.

The Health Receptionist is expected to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a commitment to serving the community with respect and integrity.
